Chapters
Our alumni ambassadors from our alumni chapters around the world enable alumni and friends to network, share stories and support one another, as well as to represent the university internationally and provide advice and opportunities for students, staff and fellow alumni.
An international alumni chapter of Ghent University has as its mission to:
- Promote, support and develop initiatives that foster links and relations between alumni, students, researchers and people otherwise linked to Ghent University.
- Create a virtual platform for exchange between the aforementioned groups and individuals and Ghent University.
- Organize activities in the country that bring together these networks.
- Stimulate contacts and interaction between them, leading to collaborations.
- Promote Ghent University by developing and sustaining alumni networks.
- Identify high quality students who are interested in studying at Ghent University and to assist alumni in their job search.
