The department Metajuridica, Private and Corporate Law (RE21) was formed on October 1, 2014 from a merger of the former Departments
"Accounting and legal history", "Civil Law", "Economic Law", "Tax" and "Private international law, litigation and arbitration.

The department is responsible for providing quality education and, through various research, conducting groundbreaking research.
